I fear this may not be too good. I wasn't exactly thinking of any formats when writing this poem. I wrote it to express my feeling much like my letter

I fell in love with a man over the internet, and he said he loves me too. Things have happened and I have another man, but I still love him. This is about my feeling for my internet lover, and how I fear I hurt him by being too honest about my feelings.

My heart aches
My heart breaks
I yearn for you
I want to hate you

It would be so much easier
To have hate where I have love

I fear causing you harm
I mean not for your alarm
By having an impossible love for you
My heart beets feels so true

It’s because I believe you when you say you love me
My chest beets in love and pain

To say my true feelings in words
In a situation so absurd
We live so far away
Only though type is our love to stay

You and I must move on
Out hearts grieve and wish for more

To communicate my jealousy and lust
I fear your heart will bust
My words should remain with me
So they do not disturb thee

Because I believe you when you say “I love you”
It is my fear to use your love against you.
