Ballad of a Beauty

To my bedside she came one night

Smiling with lips both broad and bright

She slipped her tongue and kissed

With luscious lips but missed

My heart which written on the sleeve

Became the souls reprieve

She climbs inside and hovers

Just like a nurturing mother

Providing a toy

To pacify her baby boy

Pulling me close her bosom

A sanctuary for some

My head a mess, I rest

Across her brazen breast

Unlacing silk and satin

She hums a siren song

Planning all along

My place to trace

A loving face

Across the skin

Of my kin
