It was hard. Very hard for him. Looking across the room for a glance that only lasted a few seconds. As soon as she turned her head to see why he had turned, he would pay his attention to the teacher, ignoring her response. This was what he regretted the most, and what he hoped she did aswell. On his paper, he found himself writing her name, and doodles of he and her. "Pencils down." Said the teacher, and she walked petitely down the row, to collect all the papers the students had been passed out earlier. John looked up at the teacher, and sighed, "uuuhhhh." The teacher looked down at the paper he had been handed, and was very dissapointed in his distraction. She removed the paper from his desk, and he hung his head in shame, tearing up in the eyes. A tear ran down his cheek, and into his mouth. Salty, unpleasent. He looked up at her, to see if she had payed any attention to him. She had'nt, she only continued to circle the last few things on her paper before it was taken from her desk. The teacher put her hand on her paper, indicating for her to stop writing, and took it from her desk, proceeding to walk back to her own. "Im very pleased with your results, today. You may take a ticket from the rack as you leave." The bell rang, abruptly ending the period. The girl looked up at John, with her books tightened at her chest. He noticed, and looked up to her, only to find that she had looked back down as he had followed. Young love. Silly, passionate, and unexperienced. Truely, the way it was intended.
