Its about depression and how cutting releases alot of stuff ur dealing with

“Suicidal Note”

My head is filled with questions,

My heart is filled with sorrow.

Just taking my life a day at a time,

And hoping for a better tomorrow.

My head is running wild,

My eyes are full of tears,

My heart is beating faster,

In trying not to show my fears.

I know I don’t want to give up,

But its so hard to keep strong.

My mind is lost and it seems--

That every direction I go is wrong.

I’m tired all the time,

Cant sleep well at night.

No one to comfort me,

To make sure im alright.

?

?

?

As I lay in bed,

My eyes full of tears,

I feel as though I have lost and--

I uncover my wrists and get the shears.

As I cut my wrists,

I see the blood,

Hot and red--

And there is now a flood.

As I see the blood coming down,

I take a deep breath.

I know this is the last one--

Before I say hello to death.

Before I die I have one more thing to say-

I’m sorry my love, I didn’t mean to hurt you,

Robert Sudduth you’ve been wonderful,

But now I have to bade you adieu.

I like how the words flow in this poem, but would like it better if not for the cliche suicide message. Either way the writing itself deserves praise.
Good job!
