It was the most beautiful house of the neighborhood, oh it had a front red door

Peaceful as the Pacific ocean, green as the big blue marble

A husband, a wife, three siblings, a nephew, and a friend, sharing lovely house

Sadly, no pets? Not even a rotten rat? Yes, there was one rotten rat

I would say two rats for the price of one

Did they hurt someone? Yes, indeed, they did, creepy-creep, was family deed

What a story, ladies and gentlemen, what a story, for the law-men

And the old ones, and the kids, and the roaches

They all lived not forever-ever-happily, silly? Just ask someone from South Hills.
