Here, we lie.

Here, we kill.

Here, crime goes unjustified.

Here, we steal.

Here, we harm.

Here, we make wounds that will never heal.

living like ravenous animals.

Thirsting for the blood of our neighbor.

We heartlessly degrade one another.

deprave one another.

Called "land of the free"

"land of equality"

But yet we still discriminate.

we shatter the dreams of children.

By placing them in stereotypes.

Be it race, or religion.

we as a people.

Live in intolerance.

to the point, that it becomes inheritance.

To hate those who bear differences.

But, I digress

Though this country is flawed.

A cesspool of hate and conspiracy.

It remains a land of oppurtunity.

A land of freedoms in ways we take for granted.

Where we can be educated without costs.

Where we can worship whom ever we find worthy.

Where we can speak out minds.

So yes.

Here we lie, kill, steal and harm

But here, we can make the difference.

Here, we can try.

To show our strong will.

Here, WE can justify.

Here, we can heal.

Here, we can lead people away from the streets,

Away from harm.

Here, lies America.

Here, lies our home.
