It is an odd account but a powerful insight,
my mind was quiet and with stark contrast to those around me disinterested.
Pages flicked but mine stood motionless,
not a whisk of direction as my eyes remained stagnant.
There was plenty to think about and much to depend on,
but I was neutral neither here nor there, as I came around from a moment’s lapse I almost felt like time was elastic.
In all that space I could picture a dream,
but reality speaks volumes and I awake as if time was innate, something I controlled within me.
It’s an untold perception but, theorised highly to actually feel a second, I could see the hand on a clock tick once but the frame of reality would flick so many.
