Yet another dark and short poem. I can't remember what inspired me to write this one, however i found an eerily suiting picture to go with it...

Something courses through my veins, deep beneath my skin.
A miasma black and tainted, a venom plagued with sin.
I grasp my head, an aching pain, something deep inside.
Better dead? Am I insane? Have no time to decide.
I hold my breath, the feeling dies, there's nothing left in me.
A hollow shell, an empty husk, it's all I seem to be.
In broken thoughts, my concience lies, tormented and alone,
With open arms, accepts demise, yet chills me to the bone.
His cold embrace seeps through my soul, I can not feel a thing.
No longer empty, becoming whole, my spirit starts to sing.
The last piece of my puzzle, I take my final breath,
Completion is the feeling, obtainable through death.
