The darkest water at the end of the pool.
It seems so docile, but don't be a fool.
It drags you down, it doesn't seem fair.
It fills up your lungs, but it doesn't care.
You can hear nothing but thoughts in your head.
Interrupted by choking, nothing is said.
"Somebody help me", you gargle these words.
Muffled by water, nothing is heard..
Biting your tongue, embracing the pain.
The oxygen draining, you're going insane.
Bitter chlorine, it nips at your eyes.
But no help is coming, you meet your demise.
