This is actually an excerpt from Symphony of Blood, a song sang to Phantom by Hadrule. I don't write poems very much, but I thought I'd share it.

Her breath was a gentle sigh

Breathing in the light

Her eyes were the sun

Banishing the night

With hair the color of the moon,

I knew she would be mine

If only I could forget

The meaning of time

My world must be an eternity

In her loving arms

A moment stolen

To keep us from harm

With hair the color of the moon,

She crossed the glade,

And we laid down

In the bed we had made

But when the morning came,

We were torn apart,

And thus I lie dying

With my broken heart
