Do come in, I’m so glad you dropped by.

I know its short notice, but I really wanted you to see my new jewellery.

Did you know, the price of gold has gone up again!

I think its disgraceful, the government ought to do something about it.

I mean, how are we supposed to dress up and go for parties and weddings if they keep increasing the price of gold?

Diamonds are so passé, and besides, they need to be set in gold anyway, either white or yellow, so its downright shameful that they’re not doing anything about it!

Because of course, one can’t keep wearing the same old pieces of jewellery all the time, what kind of message would that be sending!

But, oh dear, i’m just going on and on. You haven’t said anything.

Don’t you like gold? I don’t see you use any.

Oh, but I do.  My silence is golden…….  :)
