The scream of our parents

Carry our fate

 Deafen our ears

Blind our eyes

We see

What they wanted to see

We feel how they felt

Our soul will melt

Their problems reach

A lesson to teach

I don’t mean to make a speech

Their sorrows we burden

What’s theirs is ours

What’s ours is theirs

In front of us many paths

Up or down two sets of stairs

They taught us the rich here

The poor there

What’s fair.

So many live in despair

I see ahead

And send my wish

My broken dreams will echo

They’ll resonate for tomorrow

A world filled of sorrow

I write next to my crow

From where my ideas flow

Our suffering is slow

I’ll gather my sorrow

Send my wish ahead

For a gray-free sky tomorrow

And now with my gothic flow

I’ll write this next to my crow
