I have always had these thoughts and feelings about where I was headed and I could never put it into words, I think 'Dystopia' sums it up.

I stand at the edge,
the edge of light.
Below me lies another world,
the world of darkness.
Pain brought me to its edge.
Piercing wide eyes,
red bloody lines,
beautifully emotionless and glacial.
Whispers never seemed so loud,
my conscience begging me to think,
yet it lures and entices me to come.
Just a jump away,
so I hope and pray,
that you would let me stay,
and your hand would show me the way.
Suddenly, I feel a touch on my spine,
the touch of your hand,
my hope springs to life,
and lights up a smile.
But then I feel a force,
and intense push forward.
I am now succumbing to gravity,
the darkness is now so close.
I am in the darkness,
I am the darkness.
