Everything is a miss.
Every kiss was full of promise.
But something stopped.
Could it have been the clock?
Racing away from you.
You bite down hard on my empty flesh.
You want to sink your fangs into something rich and fresh.
But you can't.
Because I'm not real.
Far gone in my own illusions.
Delusions, and alas, the confusion.
Then I'm alone.
Accident lays around me.
Waiting for me to go hungry for it's mouth.
I place my lips hard on to his.
Who is he?
Could he be as broken and damaged as me?
I allow him excess to see what no other could believe.
I allow him deep inside me.
Breeze through the leaves.
Standing tall and mighty are the trees.
They remind me of someone I use to know.
Yet, I am different from those strong, firm trees.
I've never allowed myself to fully grow.
