Tears

The tears of a little boy,

Are sad, soft and sweet.

And it makes you want to cry,

When you watch him weep.

The dark corner of the room,

Are really all she see's.

She is too afraid, too scared,

To reach her hand out to me.

And her tears are all he feels,

For every single night she cries.

She still remembers that day,

When she stood and said her goodbye's.

The tears of the little boy,

Flow down the narrow street.

And into the river,

Wher rain makes a sad beat.

He stands there the entire time,

Crying all night long.

He stand there the entire day,

Waiting for his mom.

Leaving him when he was four,

Taking away everything forever.

Leaving him all alone,

And coming back, only never.

She wishes she'd done different,

She's too ashamed of what she's done.

So she lockes herself up in this room,

She can forgive herself, but neither can her son.
