In some ways, it is better to never grow up at all.

But Jesus called them to him, saying, "Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God." Luke 18:16

Cherish this time for it will not last

And Alice steps through the Looking-Glass

For the very last time. We become to old

To enter Narnia, brave and bold.

And Peter Pan will not fly by

To tap on your window late at night.

Soon we will be old and wise,

No longer believing all the 'lies'

Of fairy tales and magic lands

Where dreams come true and fortunes last.

Now we are sensible, mature, and right;

Nothing crawls out of the closet tonight.

But sometimes as we start to dream

We think of all that could have been

Had we kept those childish notions and fancies

When anything was possible.
