heartbroken

Who’s the enemy?

Can't breathe
He's targeting me
With eyes like bullets
Aimed to kill
Shaking, but still.
I remember every word he said.
Just as he thinks I’m lying dead,
My heart pounds out of my chest.
It was all a set up. It was abuse.
I was used, crumbled up, tossed out and replaced with trash.
Gave him everything and this is how i fucking get repaid?
Now he calls me, says he made a mistake.
It's a little too late
Cause now I know what I wish I knew then.
No longer in denial, no need to re-play this trial.
I own this game.
It's insane there was once an us.
Relationships are based on trust.
Healing takes time,
Personality is forever.
So, his lies will change, but he will always be the same.
A low life leech sucking the life out of me
Now it's plain to see, who's the enemy.
