This is a short blurb about all the things in my life that have questioned me, that i still need answers to

when you wake up in the morning do you see the glass as half full or half empty. i see it half empty, and its not because im a pessimist but becaue all the things in life that have troubled me have gotten in my way. i sit and wonder where my life is headed when every time i turn around theres drugs and alcohol. so how do you know what is the right path? People say good things come to those who wait, but what is it that we are waiting for? A good love, a wonderful friendship, all those things in life that are worth waiting for? Moving from the city was a hard thing to do because i had to let so many things go. But, i let them go and went on to new and not so good things. I met the wrong crowd so to put it and for once was inside the box. And let me tell you being inside the box is not so fun. So i forced myself to change and realize that being outside the box is where i truely want to be. But no matter how hard i try im still around all the things that were inside the box. So how do you distances yourself from the bad when the one you love is whats inside the box? Granted he quit, but he is still around all the influences and temptations. so how do you know when to quit? I guess thats a big part about lifes wonderful mysteries.

Another question thing that is on my mind is god. Granted religion is a big topic in today's day and age but how do you believe in something you cant see? How can you believe that god is there when all the things in your life havent been the best. Im not saying i have the worst life because i know there are more people out there who have it worse than me, but when there are so many accidents that take the lives of your friends you sit and wonder how can someone or somthing that is supposed to do good, not there protecting people?
