Ok I don't really like this piece, but it's kind of depressed yet rhymy, so it isn't really working for me. View though, and give honest comments. I'd REALLY like to know what you guys think about it. Seriously. Slam it if it's slammable.

My friend’s depressed

And she’s making me stressed

Can’t give it a rest

For no real reason at all

Writing poems to soften the fall

Fiction blocks the reality

It’s becoming so clear to me

Staring out the window

Where did all the time go?

Do you even remember my name?

I bet to you it’s all the same.

You never knew

What I thought about you

What I was

Is gone now

All I had

Forgotten now

I can still laugh

But it’s only half

Of me that’s laughing

I hope I did not depress you now

I really don’t know how

I come up with this stuff

I guess the happy’s just a bluff

Or is it?
