FEAR
creeping and crawling,
pushing and killing,
screeching and blackening.
It means different things to different people,
to some fear is
the morbid swooping dark:
like banshee,
wailing death!
To others fear is
people's eyes,
boring a black hole into their
secret heart of hearts.
What makes the food in my mouth
turn to ash
could make your day complete.
What causes you to whimper in terror
may be like my best friend.
To those who don't understand,
think my fear is childish and unneeded:
wait until the fey creatures of the earth and sky
and flame and lake take their blissful revenge...
Those who are wise in the ways of the world
know fear can be like a whip,
easily biting the whiper as well as the whipped.
Fear is dark
Fear is light
Fear is everywhere…

Very true. I liked the part about others not understanding your fear. Very nice job!
