Disembodied figures line against the wall

With persistant feuding, no one hears their call.

Incomprehensive thoughts distend their sluggish minds.

Innocence and apathy leave them conclusively blind.

Stains of guilty tears direct them where to go.

Naive, blissful faces display a crooked show.

Passion underestimates asphyxiating pain

With their bodies left completely numb there is nothing left to gain.

Consistant manipulation contributes to their death

Not one memory shared as they attain their final breath.

Speaking of the past is deemed a beastly sin.

Better left unsaid, to let the new begin.
