The sky is dark. Save for color in the west. Time is lost and I stand stuck. Colors decorating my line of sight to the horizon. The rainbow produced by the sun, dancing across the sky. Leaving only the trails of colors. Slowly blending together into one. Black. Black for the night, minus the tiny bursts so distant. Yet so alive. But nearly impossible to see with the city lights. But then time goes by and to the east color begins to spread across the blackness of the night. A rainbow of colors produced again by the sun. But this time they are blending together to make a different color. Yellow. Yellow and blue. Night is gone for now.
