Life Broken

There once was a time, when you would let me know,
Just exactly what is going on deep within ya,
But now every breath you draw pushes me further,
And you are becoming my living hell.

What have I become, I will let you down,
I couldn’t blame you if you ran,
But If I could have one more chance,
I would start my life all over again!

Ooh, this is my little angel, and now she is falling,
Falling from such a blinding height,
I don’t know how I have let you down so bad,
Cold fire is pumping through my veins.

Perhaps the god from above, could teach,
Teach this wretched soul about the thing called love,
But this love is a broken heaven, burning in the furnace,
Its time for you to re-new yourself, lay me to rest.
