potato chip gramps

with an obsession for chips

always hiding the bag

so nobody can find them

but he lives alone

and without a phone

all alone

but the attractive gramps

seeking a younger woman

in his dreams

a youthful paradise of peaches and cream

did not come to reality

and the fullfillment of the salty chips

seems to stick to his lips

gramps used to be a tough guy

a fighter, a singer, a sailor

a woman in every port

like a man with a sport

a youthful paradise of peaches and cream

now he has potato chips

in his dreams

a salty kiss

on weathered lips
