This is dedicated to these wonderful people on booksie that are like family to me. You know exactly who you are :). You've just...overwhelmed me. And this is a small way that I would like to acknowledge you.

I Wish I Could Express To You

My eyes bear not the magnitude of awe I hold for you...

My lips fail miserably at delivering the abundance of praise you deserve...

My heart possesses not, the panoptic expanse it should, to carry enough love for you...

My vocabulary is so constricted, so limited

How I wish I could lavish you with words that could encompass your beauty

How I wish you could be me for a moment in time

to witness through my eyes what a treasure you are...

Poetry is composed with such soulful whorls of emotion

Yet, I swear – no poem, no lyric, no verse – could describe you my friend.

Art portrays such deep meaning

Yet, no artist could paint a picture that does your character justice.

Music can delve into a persons soul

Yet, no musician could produce the melody I sing when I hear your name.

Languages...such profundity each enriching word contains

Yet, no matter what translation, 'Thank you for being my friend', never seems good enough.

I will never be able to explain what your friendship is to me

But I will never stop trying...

Love. Khano.
