In Russia 2050, sixteen year old Cecelia Rusakova is hunted. To remain untouched and undefiled she must live a life oblivious to the reality around her and is forced to leave behind her home and her friends, most painfully her boyfriend. She suffers the fate of her bloodline, whose story not many know, a story wrapped in the secrets of ancient Russia. Yet, she has no choice but to enrol in the Mortem Academy where she will soon realise that all those ancient stories about the supernatural were not just legends and the truth behind the deception.
With the recurring voice of, “I’m quite thirsty . . . my dear” echoing through her mind, Cecelia eventually discovers the real danger that chases her to the opposite end of the universe, to a planet called Nephelia, the planet to the first every supernatural creatures—the Nephalem, hybrids of angel and demon. Numerous supernatural and alien attacks are on the rise, Cecelia and her friends begin to realise that the danger that faces her isn't as bad as say—the extinction of the Human race.
