So here they are,

the soon to be played on,

like a merry go round, and monkey bars,

for something to hang on.  Some baby doll

faces, and figures to entice, others made up for

 games, brawls and parties tonight.

So here they are,

as they always will be,

at no age will they deny the limelight of their own life's tree.

Holding fast to the fleeing fiffteen minutes of fame,

they came, they saw, and to them its all the same.

So here they are,

coming innocently to the hype of the night.

Beautiful people in the past

before they filled out those tights.

Nowhere will you find them hidden, with guilt or shame,

never wonder why you find them with anything that will last,

but pain.

So here they are,

as I looked I saw, the night filled with pure excitement,

so drawn like moths, to the flames are we with this unjust enlightenment.

A family to feed, some place to go,

onward towards my home.

Its midnight and the time is right and look...

So here they are!
