Roses are red,

Violets are blue.

My heart is white,

And its bleeding for you.

Tears of blood,

drip so low.

Silent cries,

Of inmates on death row.

Beating heart,

Feeling so glum.

Immune to pain,

The chilly numb.

Forced smile,

Hides pains.

In the dark,

Bound in chains.

All that sadness,

Hidden in smiles.

My bloody feet,

Walked a milllion miles.

Lonely cries,

Heard through the night.

Downward gaze,

Away from light.

Frosty breath,

In the chilled air.

Infested wounds,

In dire need of care.

Shadows in dark,

Shadows in the heart.

Painful poison,

Delievered by the dart.

Horrifying screams,

Ring in my ears.

Hold the knife close,

Always so near.

Give me the pain,

Give me the red.

Heart so heavy,

So full of lead.

The dead call to me,

From the gates of hell.

All I need is the key.
