Darker than black, colder than ice.

Why are your eyes so cruel?

Harsher than hail, rougher than sandpaper.

Why must your words hurt me so?

Harder than stone, paler than marble.

Why do your hands leave such ugly marks?

Wet like rain, red like roses.

Is that my blood?

Sharp like a knife, burning like fire.

Is that pain i feel?

Silver like the moon, hard like a diamond.

Is that a knife you're holding?

A dark hallway, white light welcoming me.

Where am I?

Soft words, warm hands.

What's going on?

Shining palace, singing angels.

Am I dead?
