Are you happy now?
You've broken her down--
Crushed her until she begged you to stop.
Her life flashed before her eyes,
She couldn't take the constant beating.
Are you happy now?
That her and happiness are no longer meeting?
Telling her to just go away,
And then quickly change your mind,
"Sure, let's be friends," you'd say,
Even though you were never kind.
"Stay out of my life."
Is that what friends now do?
Constantly fight,
Until there is no more life?
Are you happy now?
She lies face down,
Energy drained,
Emotion unnamed...
