Ghostygirl by, Rachael Facteau 2012
A
Girl sits, staring into the distance
She sees her life flash before her, then
She is dead
A
Ghost sits, waiting, waiting to be heard,
Wanting comfort, answers, freedom
A
Girl enters the room, and sits in silence
Listening, her head tilts towards a sound,
A
Ghosty girl in now in the room,
She softly cries, weeping, she is so sad
A
Girl hears the sadness, and reaches out
Her fingers feel coldness, and feels sad herself
A
Ghost just touched the living, now she can go on,
No more waiting, she is free
A
Girl leaves the room,
Now, empty.
