What is it that you allow your tongue to say?

Do you speak words that caress the soul?

Or do you speak words that take life away?

Mr Tongue what exactly are you saying?

Do you sound like God or do you resemble satan?

I heard somebody say, "the words i speak don't matter they are just words anyway".

"It's not like stick or stones that break your bones".

"Don't be alarmed it won't cause you physical harm".

"Don't i sound real cool"?

No! My child you sound like a fool.

Words are crafty. They can change your mood.

From making you cry to making you happy.

Words are used for prayer.

They can hurt.

They can curse.

They can make you laugh or make you mad.

So watch what you say Mr. Tongue, because it might be your fault if a situation turns out bad.

So next time you talk Mr. Tongue, please think of something nice to say.

Because it is truly up to you to make every thing ok.
