HIV and me (Pt. 1)

HIV and me, contrary bedfellows, dubious travelling companions.
Met at the fork in the road of regret and contentment.
HIV was disguised as the sun, smile glowing blindingly bright and radiantly warm with a gravitational pull like no other.
As I was drawn closer the magnetism pulled feelings and emotions out I thought locked deep inside myself.
I told HIV (in disguise) no one truly loved me and I was alone and needed companionship, someone to love and someone to fill the void in my heart.
HIV (in disguise) pulled me close and whispered in my ear, "Feel this warmth?  I can put that inside your heart and fill you with so much more." (Ain't that irony dramatic?).
I say, "What's your name? I don't even know your name."  "My name is Intrigue", he says.
I say, "My name is..." And a finger is placed over my lips and he whispers "I know who you are."
"Can I trust you?", I ask.  HIV (in disguise) smiled that smile so bright that my eyes saw white, I close them and felt his lips on mine and his warmth radiate through my mouth as his arms encircled my body and my skin was enveloped in his warmth.
We laid together and I felt alive as his warmth entered me and moved through my body from my loins, to my belly, down through my thighs, legs, to my feet and up through my sides to my arms up to my mind and back down eventually touching my heart.
I gave myself to HIV(in disguise) and we became one.  I was in bliss and was glad I'd followed Intrigue down the road to fulfillment.
I can't for the life of me figure out why that street sign said "Regret".
As soon as that thought passed I felt HIV(in disguise) explode like a supernova his warmth almost too much to handle.
But then I felt his warmth leave my heart, my mind, my arms, legs belly, loins as he withdrew from me.
Intrigue stood and said "Intrigue has to leave now" I felt empty as I noticed his light starting to fade and wondered to myself why he spoke in third person.
"Intrigue, don't leave", I plead.  He says, "Intrigue has to".  Desperate I ask. "Will I ever see you again?"
HIV (in disguise) smiled a smile no longer bright, but dark and sinister and answered, "I will never leave you, I will be with you always.
He then faded away before my eyes...
