Heart attack

My pulse runs thin the line begins to fade as I drift into a dream. Bright light I see as my beeps become a low hum. The smell of your perfume fills my senses. My heart beats faster as I see you coming near me, I don’t know what to do instead, I freeze and my heart stops my pulse fades away as you walk right besides me. You’re the answer to my hopes and dreams. You are the most wonderful person I ever knew. You are as bright like the sunlight that shines down on me. You are my angel that watches over me as I do things that are heart stopping for some. You are my best friend I ever had and know. For this my heart stops only for you, I would risk my life to save yours. My only chance I have with you was if I was the last guy on the planet earth. You could never be with me, for reasons of shame guilt. I wish I could talk to you in person but I fear that I might endure a heart attack from the sight or distance between you and I.  Could you see me holding your hand or walking around together, no because I fear that I might die in your arms?
My heart has been attacked and I am flat lining .
