anger, frustration, sadness.

Morbid explosions of this silence, leave a bitter wringing;

So, draw the curtains off the gallows, and push the heart in;

Escape is but a mirage; as thunder climbs where lightening leaves.

 Sheild this dream from a thousand flames, chase the hollow promise of an empty tomorrow;

Spearing into broken targets, collect the bundles of stings and sorrow.

Chances of survival are bleak; as thunder climbs where lightning leaves.

Trust an absent god, burn the wings of the angel,

The devil is here to stay, no excuse, no mercy, no trial;

Take a chance on the evil buried under, toss away the white light, bend, kneel, surrender.

Heading to the grave, drenched in blood to appease,

Burdened by karma, fall on your knees; as thunder climbs where lightening leaves.
