Temperance and Qualities

Ask yourself one question? What comes to mind when you think of admirable qualities? Aristotle, the famous Greek philosopher, wrote ‘Temperance and choices’ describing three different people. He explains the question on how people should live and that pleasure can come from doing bad things or good things. Person C shows self-control, makes good choices, and will have a successful career all are which admirable qualities.

First, person C would get pleasure from eating too much food. However, person c has self-control and eats the right amount of food as person A. Person B does not show self –control by eating too much food and person A eats the right amount of food by nature. The three people show admirable qualities. The most admirable quality shown is self-control from person C.

Second, person C makes good choices by not eating too much food. Person C not only will make good choices now, but will also make good choices throughout his life entire life. One day person C will stand at a crossroad and be tempted to go down the wrong path but will make the decision to go down the right path. Person C shows he will make good decisions everyday. Person C’s future is very bright making good choices.

Third, person C shows by having self-control and making smart choices that he will very likely have a big business or career. Person C will have a big business or career, because of his admirable qualities that most people like. Person A will have a career but not as big as person C’s. Person B will not likely have a career or business because of his laziness. Person C’s business or career will give him a good and successful life.

In conclusion, the best choice to be of the three people Aristotle talked abut is person C. He has self control, he makes smart choices, and finally he will have a successful career. Person C has the admirable qualities to succeed in his life. He also has more admirable qualities than person A or B. So, in the end the person C shows the most admirable qualities in ‘Temperance and choices’.
