The night falls with a silent sigh, cold and alone am I.
The salvation for which I lust
flares once, then dies,
swallowed by my obsession.
All hope must die.

Your passion throbs no more.
How could you fail to believe?
My dark thoughts surround us, crying,

Save us from what you've done.
