I’m a Life-time to explore… I WANT MORE!

I'm a big beautiful Viking Amazon - standing proud at 6'2. I'm fun loving. I'm a writer. I tend to be quiet - with bits of wit. I'm watchful, but not shy. I'm a house cat and a tigress. I'm simple, but complex. I'm thrifty, not materialistic - things can't buy my love - only actions can. I'm a positive person. I'm quick to point out bits of beauty and do lots of little things that lift peoples' spirits. I love to make people laugh, going places, and watching the sun rise. I like to play Gin, Chinese checkers, shooting pool and my 22. I like PB & J, making finger foods, Greek Salads, sweet n’ sour, dipping veggies, fried chicken, cooked greens, hearty stews, baked fish, grilled steaks, pasta – love pesto, tabuli, and eating homemade Mexican food-Yum! I like a little coffee with my cream & sugar, Tosti on ice, Dr. Pepper, cream with hot tea, and to play in the foam on my draft beer! I like pancakes on Saturday, shared showers, and squirt gun battles in winter, watching movies, cuddling, and, and, and, more…

Sounds more like a personal ad than a poem. That being said, I liked it. I thought it was interesting.

I think it's more like a rant. I was tired of feeling used. All I needed to do was put my foot down and maintain my boundaries. Turning the tables on a few of my users worked out well, too. Wonder if "A Friend, w/benefits" was coined in a similar way?

Every story has a story of how it came to be, this bit of prose is the same. Originally created in 1982, long before the personal internet ads, to establish boundaries. Boundaries for anyone who sought my sex, only for sex. It is my hope - readers will read this - and pause and think. Think about your motives in love and loving.
