A mistake is something you regret
A big mistake is something your
Mind joys with to rectify
Something that cannot be fixed

One night is all it took
One night – to live with a mistake
For the rest of a life time
Something the mind joys with
Day in and day out
Something one never forgets

For a few minutes of undeniable passion
Regretting something that could
Have been held off for a few years
Believing that love does exist
But quiet quickly having sweet
Whispered words meaning nothing

A few weeks later a woman’s body
Starts to change its shape
She feels constantly sick
And finally her monthly cycle stops
She is pregnant

She realizes her father of righteousness
Won’t accept her sluttish form
At fifteen a child herself
Once so innocent and naïve
Is the unholy ness of devilish spawn
Something that impure he did not raise

Going to the one who used her body
She looks for comfort and an answer
But far from finding it
Refusal and denial drives her
Away from him

Shunned and turned away
At fifteen and all alone
To the big wide world
With a small unknown life in her womb
She touches her womb
Sharing the warmth and comfort

For a minute in time
Not worrying about the ‘problem’
But rather enjoying the
Jot it could bring

But of course at fifteen
It’s not for a child to raise a child
And so the illegal law of unforgivable murder
She commits, killing her off spring

A mistake is something you regret
A big mistake is something your
Mind joys with to rectify
Something…a life which you
Have taken and can never forget
Or forgive your bring for killing

Your own child.
