this poem is simply about how all love must start with some form of lust, because it is first attraction that draws people together before they can begin to know and understand and then love one another, but it all begins with lust.

Love is lust as it should be

Would you love if you did not see?

Those beautiful eyes and pretty hair

Her complexion o'so fair

So I say love is lust

Because attraction is a must.

Love is lust as it should be

If you were blind and could not see

Love is blind is what it's called

If the blind could see, would their love be flawed?

So again I say love is lust

Because attraction is a must.

Love is lust not in the heart

That is but another part

Love is lust in deceiving eyes

Which brings along your sure demise

So I say love is lust

Because attraction is a must.
