With lying lips he smiles at everyone he meets,
With glibness on his tongue he talks but does not speak.
Afraid what he might say will put him in his grave,
But in his mind he vows to tell the truth someday.
He knows the evil deeds that he has seen,
And the places that the devils hand has been.
For he's the keeper of the key to the den of iniquity,
A rob of justice on the take, the Devil's advocate in wait.
