Hold tight.

Don’t let go.

Years are passing.

There’s no control.

Our lives are fading.

Time is going by.

The reaper is coming.

We’re going to die.

I want to go first.

It’s not death I fear.

It’s being left-

being the last one here.

I can’t watch my family.

I can’t watch them leave.

I fear their deaths.

I fear the grief.

I believe in heaven,

a place for our souls.

But, being left is my fear.

This fear I can't control.
