She was so jealous it stung

Angry tears welled in her bloodshot and puffy eyes

That girl who was not her

Was touching what was not hers

Her heart pounded at her chest

It consumed her every thought

Her hand in his

His lips on hers

It tore at her

Turned her blood to scalding water

He smiled like a child

He had his cake and was eating it too

It broke her

Oh how it fucking tortured her

Her hands on his chest

His arms around her waist

It ate at her

And ate at her

But in the end

She won.
