I know I wasn’t an easy child on you

But for today let’s ignore all the problems we’ve been through

For today, it is all about you

But why is it? Nobody has a clue

Saying “I love you” isn’t enough

And neither is bringing you a lot of stuff

This poem also won’t do

But it is specially made for you

So here they are the same words we repeat every year

Which always cause you a tear

 So, Happy mother’s day

Your day will cause winter to run away

And the arrival of spring day

For you have opened our sunny pathway

You’re like the plant that just grew

You give us all our needs, that’s what you do

You have turned the black into white

You have killed the dark, and turned on the light

You have turned the wrong into right

You have made the blind into sight

Without you, the world will be like the ocean without water

Like a billionaire without at least one dollar

Like an end without a beginning

Like a poem without rhyming
