The basic concept was you give B Leaf a letter and a number (1-15) The letter tells you what kind of poem you write and the number you choose is the number of words you are given. I was given a Shakespearean Sonnet. My words are listed below with the specific defintions. The words are bolded in the sonnet.

Gnarl: a knot in wood; a large or hard knot, or a protuberance with twisted grain, on a tree

Treason: Violation of allegiance toward one's country or sovereign, especially the betrayal of one's country by waging war against it or by.

Platonic: idealistic, visionary, or impractical designating or of a relationship, or love, between a man and a woman that is purely spiritual or intellectual and without sexual activity

Frigid: cold: sexually unresponsive

Solace: an easing of grief, loneliness, discomfort,
something that eases or relieves; comfort; consolation; relief

Pretentious: making claims, explicit or implicit, to some distinction, importance, dignity, or excellence

Plastic: capable of being molded or shaped characterized by or exhibiting superficiality or a lack of originality; dehumanized; mass-produced hypocritically false or synthetic; phony

Quarrel: a cause for dispute
a dispute or disagreement, esp. one marked by anger and deep resentment
a falling out; breaking up of friendly relations

Meet me by the gnarl in the tree
This platonic relationship is treason, I know
But please don’t be frigid with me
You’ve given me solace through the highs and lows

Meet me under the stars
And lie with me
Please don’t let this quarrel go far
Let your petty fears be

Meet me on the docks
And swim in the calm waters with me
As we watch the birds fly in flocks
With you I feel so free

I want to have you with me every hour of every day
No pretentious people with plastic smiles in our way
