its about the emotional ride when you at a place in your life where you trust someone more than anything in the world, and you feel somehow that trust is mis-placed

Love and mistrust

Three words, “I love you”, she whispers

The softness of her voice digs deeply through my soul

Melts my hardened heart, like soft butter

Your love makes me pure, makes me rich

Moments building on memories cherished together

Seems too perfect to be crumbling around us

Even though we once were strangers,

Love brought us together, you are my life

I miss the way you used to look at me

With total completion in your satisfied eyes

Cool misty air blows against my flushed face

Crazy sparks fly from your warm touch

I see your face in a picture perfect kind of way

Never will I ever hurt you and take  your smile away

Shadows of pain seem to make you cry

A broken trust turns this laughter into disgust

The cages are open and the wild run free

I will forever be loyal, for I love only thee.
