Having seen ads for training collars used on dogs, it occurred to me there may be another use for them. In particular the adjustable electric zapper kind. Child potty training comes to mind. When you see your little angle hopping about and crossing his/her legs, in general sending signals to the parent he/she has to go potty, a short jolt will do wonders. Be careful with the voltage. Too high of voltage zap will cause the little angle to wet his/her pants. Thus arriving at just the opposite of the desired results.
Just think of the possibilities for controlling the little buggers when out in public with the parents doing mundane chores such as grocery shopping. When the little devil acts up, instead of a public shouting match which leads to a very public spanking, a short zap bring them inline and gives the parent peace of mind. In a library and they are unruly? Zap! Traveling on plane, bus or automobile? Zap! Zap! Zap! Peace and quiet.
Lets not forget the rowdy teenager. A higher voltage is a must. The need to get their attention is a given. Altho one may need to trap them somehow (a large cage comes to mind) or attach it to them in their sleep. They may not be willing to volunteer for this type of duty. When told they need to go out into the 20 below winter weather to shovel snow & they resist, Zap! A couple of more powerful zaps will get them on their way. Of course you will want to remove the device for the school dance. No need to embarrass the little devils.
If you have an older relative living in your home who has memory issues, this item will work wonders. When they get stuck remembering their school mates name, a gentle reminder with the collar device and they will spit out the name in record time. Zap! They will also regale you with a long story, or one you have heard a hundred times, about said person thus you may have to use it more than once. To get them started and to get them to stop. Zap! After a while just the mere threat of using it will work miracles. At this time, I would caution you to use it sparingly as they may get used to it. Maybe enjoy it. You do not want to catch them hiding in the closet, zapping themselves. Not a pretty picture to carry around in your mind the rest of your days. In fact, I bet you can come up with other ideas this device could be put to good use.
$29.95 at your local pet store will bring peace of mind. May lower your wine bill.
