The dawn is coming and so it must end

The comfort and safety I used to depend

As I look at you, sleeping in peace

My heart almost broke, will not be at ease.

All of my life, I’m praying for you

To love and to hold and cherish too

Now that you’re here, I’ll never let go

I will be with you, I’ll always stay true.

But life’s not always made of honey and roses

There’ll be ups and downs and then some bruises

Longing for something can’t be accomplished

Without letting go and make few sacrifices.

Now sunset has come and so is the night

I’ll love you and hold you with all of my might

Let’s cherish the moment, my darling, my friend

For soon dawn will come and so this must end.
