Used my inner witch to write this...

"Mid-summer moon... look down as I see... wax and wane in life reflected...grant my will...hear my plea."

The black candel lit at the stroke of twelve, the witch made her way into the garden, casting her spell as she went. Her steps were certain, so much more than they had been only days ago.

Finding the craft a year before, it was after much time  of condemnation and derision, given by those far less of magic than should be, that the witch rose within, occuring as if it was meant.

A free spirit in a world where spirit is denied, and when believed in, confined and chained within a book of rules which also threaten, she began to cry inside, and at the proper time she decided to end that weeping with a spell composed from her heart.

Entering the garden, she stood before the roses. The petals by day blood red, but in the darkness grey.

Gazing up upon the full moon, her ritual complete, she whispered, "in this space...everywhere I look...there are signs pointing to lasting truth."

In the days that followed she would wait for the magic to begin, that of being accepted just as she is.

The moonlight spell of hope and change was hers. The witch

And even if it was never granted, she smiles now, she's found peace within. Knowing that the waxing and waining truth of human existence, will always be met in the moon.

A stunning story! I believe it is somehow true about you and what you see the world is. A great spiritual work! Thank you!
Do you think you can write this as a poem too?
