Her hair as black as my soul

For I have taken my toll.

She lookinf in my eyes filled with fire

As I tell her this stroy is dire.

This kingdom of fire

Told my soul it was hired.

As I gaze upon the land

She took my hand.

Tears rolled down her face

When she noticed what I had faced.

Crying feeling my pain for a day

I tell her she was the only way.

She said no and took a step back

I know she won't want to run on this track.

So now I sit here in despair

Alone as my time passes is more than I can bear.

For tortured souls know of no home

So where will I be when death phones.

Thank you for taking the time to read this I know it was kind of lame but I'm still just starting out I never really was a poet.
